Data Security

  • All of ArchAI data is encrypted. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit and Arch uses fine-grained access rules to ensure strict control of data.

  • ArchAI uses industry leading OpenAI API and Anthropic API.

  • ArchAI uses SOC2 Type 2 compliant database

  • Data submitted through the OpenAI API and Anthropic API is not used to train models or improve service offering.

  • OpenAI and Anthropic do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes Open AI and Anthropic do not share user content with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • You can request your data to be deleted at any point in time and Arch will remove it from our systems.
